Range Mate is club management software built specifically for UK target shooting clubs, syndicates and ranges. It brings memberships, online payments, event bookings, digital shooting records and compliance into a single secure platform, with a mobile-first portal for members.
It's for the volunteers who run UK shooting clubs: membership and club secretaries, treasurers, chairs, committee members, RCOs and coaches, as well as the members themselves. It works for clubs of every size, from under 25 members to 250+.
Yes. Range Mate is purpose-built around how UK target shooting clubs operate, including UK-specific compliance, FAC/SGC handling and police reporting. We focus on doing one thing really well rather than being a generic members' area.
No. Range Mate is built around the Home Office's requirements for approved target shooting clubs, so approved clubs, and those working towards approval, get records, eligibility and reporting designed to fit. You don't need approval to benefit though. Air-weapon clubs, clay grounds, syndicates and clubs not yet approved use the same membership, payments and booking tools, minus the parts they don't need. Range Mate is an independent product and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the Home Office.
No. Range Mate is fully self-serve. You can start a free 30-day trial and set your club up yourself in an afternoon. There's no sales call to sit through and no card required to begin.
Yes, every club gets a free 30-day trial as standard, with no card required. If your committee needs longer to decide, just ask and we'll happily extend it.
Pricing is based on the number of paying members: £4.99/month for up to 20 members, £24.99/month for 20–100, and £39.99/month for 100–250. Clubs over 250 members get bespoke pricing. There are no setup fees and no markup on payment processing.
A member is anyone in the system who pays you for a membership subscription: probationers, full, lifetime and junior members. Guests, applicants and people who have left the club don't count.
Memberships and applications, online payments and renewals, event and range bookings, digital shooting logs, firearms registers and club gun management, GDPR and police reporting, role-based permissions, club announcements and a full member self-service portal, among much more.
Yes. Range Mate keeps shooting records, eligibility tracking, GDPR consent and police report data audit-ready by default, so the compliance side of running a club is handled automatically rather than living in spreadsheets.
Yes. Members get a clean, mobile-first portal where they can join, renew, pay, book sessions and log their own shoots from any device.
You can bulk import your membership list via CSV, or invite members to onboard themselves through secure forms. Most clubs are up and running within an afternoon.
