Pricing questions, answered.

Yes. We offer a 30-day free trial as standard to all clubs, with no card required. We know committee decisions can take time, so if you need a longer trial, just ask.
No. We don't charge setup fees. We want it to be as easy as possible to get started, and Range Mate is designed to be set up yourself in an afternoon.
You can pay by credit card or direct debit, including all major cards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We can also accept bank transfer for annual subscriptions.
A member is anyone in the system who pays you for a membership subscription: probationers, full, lifetime and junior members. It does not include non-paying people such as guests, applicants, or members who have left.
Support is via chat and email, and we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. There's also a full library of help articles and videos to get the most out of Range Mate.
No. Range Mate is software-as-a-service, so we're constantly improving it. All updates are included in your subscription and applied automatically.
